6. Refund Policy

As our service is digital delivery and immediate processing upon payment, all sales are final. Refunds will be granted only if the failure of service delivery is solely attributable to our system malfunction or gross negligence. Any claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the payment date with supporting evidence.
